国内外物流绩效的研究现状、热点及趋势展望——基于1982-2021年文献的计量分析

摘　　要：物流是整个社会经济运行的基础,是供应链循环体系中的关键环节。而物流绩效作为物流活动的表征和结果,对物流业乃至整个国民经济的可持续快速健康发展都具有十分重要的意义。自20世纪80年代以来,对物流绩效的研究就引起了学术界和企业界的广泛关注。然而,却鲜有研究从文献计量方面对物流绩效领域的研究现状进行多角度和深层次的分析。为全面、深入地了解国内外物流绩效的研究进展,文章以中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊网和万方数据库收录的2002年至2021年的472篇物流绩效主题中文期刊论文以及Web of Science(WOS)收录的1982年至2021年的441篇物流绩效主题英文期刊论文为研究对象,运用文献计量分析工具软件CiteSpace对文献数据进行计量分析,揭示国内外物流绩效领域文献的研究现状、研究热点及演化脉络。分析发现,国外学术期刊物流绩效主题发文量呈稳定上升趋势,而国内学术期刊该主题发文量随政策导向而波动;国内物流绩效领域研究高频关键词依次为“绩效评价”“物流企业”“物流绩效”等,而国外该领域研究的高频关键词主要有“经济增长”“物流绩效”和“效率”等。但不管是国内还是国外,研究机构及作者之间的合作关系还不十分密切。在此基础上,文章指出未来研究应从绿色物流绩效研究、新冠肺炎疫情下的物流绩效研究、“一带一路”背景下国际物流绩效研究以及物流绩效研究方法的创新等方面进一步扩展和深化现有研究,以不断丰富和完善物流绩效领域的研究。Logistics is the basis of the whole social and economic operation and the key link in the supply chain cycle systems.As the representation and result of the logistics activities,logistics performance has profound significance to the sustainable development,rapid and healthy development of logistics industry and even national economy.Since the 1980s,the research on logistics performance has attracted extensive attention in academia and business circles.However,few studies have conducted multi angle and in-depth analysis of the research status in the field of logistics performance from the perspective of literature measurement.In order to comprehensively and deeply understand the research progress of logistics performance at home and abroad,this paper analyzes 472 Chinese journal papers on logistics performance from 2002 to 2021 collected by CNKI,CQVIP and WanFang database and 441 English journal papers collected by Web of Science(WOS)on logistics performance from 1982 to 2021 as the research object,used the literature econometric analysis tool software CiteSpace to conduct econometric analysis on the literature data,and revealed the research status,research hotspots and evolution context of the literature in the field of logistics performance at home and abroad.The analysis found that the logistics performance of foreign academic journals.The number of papers published on this topic shows a steady upward trend,while the number of papers published on this topic in domestic academic journals fluctuates with the policy orientation;The domestic high-frequency keywords in the field of logistics performance are"performance evaluation","logistics enterprise","logistics performance",etc.,while the foreign high-frequency keywords in this field mainly include"economic growth","logistics performance"and"efficiency".However,whether at home or abroad,the cooperative relationship between research institutions and authors is not very close.On this basis,the article points out the future research should be should further expand a
