摘  要:目的:系统评价体育锻炼对老年人工作记忆的干预效果。方法:检索七大电子数据库中关于体育锻炼千预老年人工作记忆的随机对照试验,采用PEDro量表对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,采用Statal14.0软件进行meta分析、偏倚检验。结果:共纳入21项研究,1558个样本量。研究表明体育锻炼对老年人工作记忆的总体效应量为0.34(P<0.001),对老年人工作记忆的干预效果具有统计学意义。锻炼类型(Q=21.07)、频次(Q=11.58)、时间(Q=8.62)对干预效果起调节作用(均P<0.05),千预周期(Q=1.19)、强度(Q=5.68)、年龄(Q=3.68)对干预效果没有调节作用(均P>0.05)。结论:体育锻炼可以有效改善老年人的工作记忆,身心运动、中等时间、高频率的锻炼效果最好。Objective:To systematically evaluate the intervention effect of physical exercise on the working memory of the elderly.Methods:The randomized controlled trials about the intervention of physical exercise on the working memory of the elderly in 7 major electronic databases were searched.The methodological quality of the in-cluded literatures was evaluated with the Physiotherapy Evidence Database(PEDro).Meta-analysis was then per-formed by using Statal4.0 software.The heterogeneity and the publication bias were analyzed with Statal4.0.Re-sults:A total of 21 studies involving 1558 samples were included.The research showed that the overall effect size of physical exercise on the working memory of the elderly was 0.34(P<0.0001).The intervention effect of physical exercise on the working memory of the elderly was statistically significant.The effect of exercise was moderated by exercise type,frequency,time(Q=21.07,11.58,8.62,Ps<0.05),but not by exercise duration,intensity,and age(Q=1.19,5.68,3.68,Ps>0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that physical exercise could effectively improve the working memory of the elderly,and the effect of mind-body exercise,medium time,and high-frequency exercise is the best.
