摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市社区医护人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状,分析其影响因素,为进一步提高社区医护人员的突发公共卫生事件应急能力提供参考。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,于2022年4-6月对乌鲁木齐市50家社区卫生服务中心(站)的1010名社区医护人员进行问卷调查。采用Mann-Whitney U检验和Kruskal-Wallis H检验分析不同人口学特征对应急能力的影响。采用Spearman相关性分析应急能力与应急知识、应急态度的关系,并通过多元逐步进行回归性分析。结果问卷调查显示,社区医护人员应急能力得分的M(P_(25),P_(75))为3.86(3.35,4.35)分。应急能力各维度得分从高到低依次为:防护能力、处置能力、综合能力、准备能力。社区医护人员应急能力与应急知识和应急态度呈正相关(P<0.01)。是否参加过应急培训、工作类型、工作年限、基本知识、法律责任、自我评价是应急能力的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论社区医护人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力处于中等略偏上水平,需要通过加强开展突发公共卫生事件应急培训及演练提高社区医护人员的应急知识掌握能力和实践操作能力,从而进一步提升社区医护人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力。ObjectiveTo understand the current situation of the emergency capacity of community medical staff in public health emergencies,to analyze its influencing factors,and to provide the reference for further improving the emergency capacity of community medical staff in public health emergencies.Met-hodsA stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 1010 community medical staff from 50 community health service centers(stations)in Urumqi from April to June 2022.Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used to analyze the impact of different demographic characteristics on emergency response capacity.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the relationship between emergency capability,emergency knowledge and emergency attitude,and regression analysis was carried out step by step through multiple variables.ResultsThe questionnaire survey showed that the emergency response ability score of community medical staff was 3.86(3.35,4.35).The scores of emergency response ability from high to low were:protection ability,disposal ability,comprehensive ability and preparation ability.There was a positive correlation between the emergency ability of community medical staff and emergency knowledge and attitude(P<0.01).Whether to participate in emergency training,work type,working years,basic knowledge,legal responsibility and self-evaluation were the main influencing factors of emergency response ability(P<0.01).ConclusionThe emergency response ability of community medical staff is staying at a slightly higher level than that of the middle level.It is necessary to strengthen the emergency training and drills to improve the emergency knowledge and practical operation ability of community medical staff,so as to further improve the emergency response ability of community medical staff.
