摘 要:为研究新型板桁架组合梁的承载力与挠度设计方法,基于简化塑性理论推导出了组合梁极限承载力计算公式。利用有限元软件对混凝土强度、混凝土板厚度、混凝土板宽、压成型钢板厚度、下弦杆截面积、梁高等设计参数进行研究,验证了承载力公式的适用性,并讨论不同参数对于极限承载力的影响。将板桁架组合梁挠度等效为空腹虚拟梁的弯剪变形挠度和虚拟桁架梁剪切变形挠度,在虚功原理基础上推导出挠度计算公式,并利用有限元方法与挠度计算公式进行对比分析,结果表明:极限承载力计算公式、挠度公式与有限元实测值拟合程度良好,验证了公式的准确性与适用性;混凝土板宽度、混凝土强度、梁高、下弦杆截面积、混凝土板厚度对极限承载力影响较大,各参数增加一倍,板桁架组合梁极限承载力分别提高28%、32.7%、35%、41.4%、47.6%;压成型钢板厚度对极限承载力影响几乎忽略不计。In order to study the design method of bearing capacity and deflection of new plate truss composite beams,the calculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity of composite beams was derived based on the simplified plastic theory.Using the finite element software,concrete strength,concrete slab thickness,concrete slab width,pressure molding steel plate thickness,bottom chord cross-sectional area and high beam design parameters were studied and the applicability of the formula of bearing capacity was verified.The influence of different parameters on ultimate bearing capacity was discussed.The deflection of plate truss composite beam was equivalent to the flexural and shear deflection of hollow virtual beam and the deflection calculation formula was derived based on virtual work principle.The calculation result of the deflection calculation formula was compared with that of the finite element method.The results showed that the calculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity and deflection formula fit well with the measured values of finite element,which verifies the accuracy and applicability of the formula.The width of concrete slab,concrete strength,beam height,cross-sectional area of lower chord and thickness of concrete slab had great influence on the bearing capacity.The ultimate bearing capacity of composite beams increased by 28%,32.7%,35%,41.4%and 47.6%when each parameter was doubled.The influence of the thickness of the pressed steel plate on the ultimate bearing capacity was almost negligible.
