摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略乡村地区是主阵地,边境小康村是重点和难点。西藏边境地区实施乡村振兴战略建设美丽西藏特色边境小康村潜力大后劲足,正确理解边境地区实施乡村振兴战略的重要制约因素,正确把握乡村振兴的五对关系,精准地推进边境地区的乡村振兴战略,努力推进边境地区边民增收,建设繁荣和谐美丽西藏特色边境小康村。To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,rural areas are the main front,and small border villages are the key and difficult points.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the border areas of Tibet and the construction of beautiful border villages with Tibetan characteristics have great potential.We should correctly understand the important constraints to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the border areas,correctly grasp the five pairs of rural revitalization relations,accurately promote the rural revitalization strategy in the border areas,and strive to increase the income of residents in the border areas to build prosperous,harmonious and beautiful border villages with Tibetan characteristics.
