摘　　要：健康是高质量发展和高品质生活的连接点。医疗卫生事业的发展,在受经济社会发展程度制约的同时,也鲜明地体现了政党的政治价值观。中国共产党以人民为中心的发展宗旨,决定了西藏卫生事业发展的超经济属性。党的十八大以来,西藏健康卫生事业取得了历史性的重大成就。进入新时代,着眼新发展阶段,将全民健康作为推动新发展格局的重要力量,为西藏长治久安和经济社会高质量发展提供保障,以不断满足各族群众日益增长的多样化、差异化、个性化健康需求。Health is the connection point of high quality development and high quality life.The development of medical and health care is restricted by the degree of economic and social development,but also clearly reflects the political values of the political party.The Communist Party of China's people-centered development purpose determines the super-economic nature of the development of health services in Tibet.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Tibet has made historic achievements in health care.In the new era,focusing on the new development stage,the people's health will be regarded as an important force in promoting the new development pattern,providing guarantee for Tibet's long-term peace and stability and high-quality economic and social development,so as to continuously meet the growing diversified,differentiated and personalized health needs of the people of all ethnic groups.
