地方高校本科生科研评价存在的问题及提升策略

摘　　要：本科生科研评价具有双向性、全程性、专业化和全要素等特征。地方高校本科生的科研评价存在过程评价有效机制匮乏、评价标准片面模糊、评价队伍专业化程度有待提高、评价指标分类标准有待明确等问题。地方高校本科生科研评价体系的完善需要从加强过程评价、完善过程评价监督机制、规范评价标准、推动评价主体专业发展、形成评价报告、加强评价的指导作用等方面展开。The characteristics of undergraduate research evaluation including two-way,overall process,professional and total factor.The existing problems of undergraduate research evaluation in Local colleges and universities including Lack of effective mechanisms for process evaluation,evaluation criteria are one-sided and vague,and the degree of specialization of the evaluation team needs to be improved,evaluation indicators classification criterion remain to be clear.We should start with stress on process evaluation,perfect the supervision mechanism of process;standard evaluation criterion,development the quality culture of evaluation criterion;and clear evaluation subject,promote professional development of evaluation subject;form evaluation report,strength the guiding role of evaluation and so on.
