摘　　要：培养具有创新意识和能力的机械工程人才是国家制造业转型升级的战略要求。本文通过分析机械工程专业人才培养的现状,提出了培养创新能力的举措。本文提出的培养创新能力的举措取得了显著的教学成果。Training mechanical engineering talents with innovation ability,is strategic object of national manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.Current situations of mechanical engineering talents training were analysed in the paper,specific measures of innovation ability training were formulated,and notable teaching achievements were gained at last.
