摘  要:电力系统无功补偿配置应整体规划、合理布局,坚持分层分区、就地平衡的原则,避免经长距离线路或多级变压器传送无功功率。无功平衡优化降损是指通过合理规划电网变电站层、配电线路层、配电台区层、用户补偿层各级无功补偿点位置、优化补偿容量、提升现有无功补偿装置利用效率等无功平衡优化手段,使传输线上流动的无功功率减少,是实现电网降损的重要途径。提出一种多层级协同补偿的配电网无功平衡优化降损方法,该方法采用自下而上、分层分区、就地平衡的原则,各级无功补偿优先考虑本层级的无功就地平衡,兼顾变电站层、配电线路层、配电台区层、用户补偿层四个配电网层级间的协同配合,在配电网各电压等级间形成四级联动,最大程度实现无功就地平衡优化,使传输线上流动的无功功率减少,有效实现配电网降损。The reactive power compensation configuration of power system shall be planned as a whole and reasonably arranged,and the principle of layering,hierarchical zoning and local balance should be adhered,so as to avoid transmitting reactive power through longdistance lines or multi‐level transformers.Reactive power balance optimization and loss reduction reduce the reactive power flowing on the transmission line and realize power grid loss reduction by reasonably planning the positions of reactive power compensation points at all levels of the power grid substation layer,distribution line layer,distribution station area layer and user compensation layer,optimizing the compensation capacity and improving the utilization efficiency of the existing reactive power compensation devices.A multi‐level cooperative compensation method for reactive power balance optimization and loss reduction in distribution network was proposed.The principle of bottom‐up,hierarchical zoning and local balance was adopted.The reactive power compensation at all levels gives priority to the local balance of reactive power at this level,and takes into account the coordination among the four distribution network levels of substation level,distribution line level,distribution station area level,and user compensation level,which forms a fourlevel linkage among the voltage levels of the distribution network.The proposed method maximizes the local reactive power balance optimization,reduces the reactive power flowing on the transmission line,and effectively reduces the loss of distribution network.
