超超临界1000 MW机组高压缸通流能力与缸效率分析

摘  要:早期投产的超超临界1000 MW机组改造前高压缸通流能力下降、效率降低,导致机组发电出力不足、能耗指标上升。某机组改造前4阀全开工况高压缸效率为84.13%,3阀全开工况高压缸效率为82.52%,均较此前1年的试验值明显下降,机组最大出力工况修正后发电功率降低93.27 MW,修正后主汽流量降低136.73 t/h。该机组通流部分改造后,高压缸通流能力和效率大幅度提高,高压缸进汽能力比设计值大3.19%,机组发电出力能够达到额定工况的设计值1030.05 MW,高压缸效率为91.20%,比设计值88.97%高2.23%,更远高于改造前4阀全开工况、3阀全开工况的高压缸效率。与改造前4阀全开工况相比,高压缸效率提高7.07%,使得机组热耗率降低114.53 kJ/kWh,高压缸通流改造的节能效果明显。Before the retrofit of the ultra-supercritical 1000 MW unit put into operation in the early stage,the flow capacity and efficiency of the high pressure cylinder decreased,resulting in the decrease of power generation output and the increase of energy consumption index.Before the unit retrofit,the HP cylinder efficiency of 4 valves wide opening operational condition is 84.13%,and that of 3 valves wide opening operational condition is 82.52%,both of which are significantly lower than the test values of the previous one year ago.Under the maximum output condition,the corrected power output of the unit is reduced by 93.27 MW,and the main steam flow is reduced by 136.73 t/h.After the retrofit of flow part,the HP cylinder flow capacity and efficiency are greatly improved.The flow capacity of the HP cylinder is 3.19%larger than the design value.The power output of the unit can reach the design value of 1030.05 MW under rated working condition.The HP cylinder efficiency is 91.20%,which is 2.23%higher than the design value of 88.97%,and far higher than the HP cylinder efficiency of 4 valves wide opening and 3 valves wide opening operational conditions before retrofit.Compared with the 4 valves wide opening operational condition before retrofit,the HP cylinder efficiency is increased by 7.07%,resulting in the unit heat consumption rate decreased by 114.53 kJ/kWh.The energy saving effect of the HP cylinder retrofit is obvious.
