摘  要:目前高膛压火炮普遍采用自紧身管,自紧身管强度分析涉及制造时、制造后和射击时工况,应力分布十分复杂,为此借助ABAQUS软件基于mises屈服准则对确定的自紧身管截面进行了详细的应力仿真分析,包括弹性变形应力分布、自紧身管应力分布、变形硬化和反向屈服对自紧身管应力分布的影响。仿真表明,自紧身管制造后由于主应力顺序发生变化导致mises应力曲线变化十分复杂;向上的变形硬化会减小屈服区域,增大mises应力峰值;反向屈服通常出现在壁厚较大、自紧度较大的自紧身管中,其会导致管壁内应力分布更加复杂,但不会增加强度。由于我国自紧身管理论采用treca屈服准则,该研究有助于深化对自紧身管强度理论的认识。The self-tight tube is widely used in the high pressure gun now.The strength analysis of the self-tight tube involves several working conditions such as during manufacturing,after manufacturing and firing,so the stress distribution is very complex.Therefore,a detailed stress simulation and analysis of a self-tight tube section based on mises yield criterion is carried out using ABAQUS software.The effects of elastic deformation stress distribution,self-tight tube stress distribution,deformation hardening and reverse yield on the stress distribution of the self-tight tube are studied.The simulation results show that the mises stress curve changes complicatedly due to the change of the principal stress sequence after the manufacture of the self-tight tube.The upward deformation hardening will reduce the yield region and increase the peak value of mises stress.Reverse yielding usually occurs in self-tight tubes with large wall thickness and high self-tight degree,which will lead to more complex stress distribution in the tube wall without increasing the strength.Considering the fact that treca yield criterion is widely adopted in the self-tight tube study in China,this research is helpful in deepening the understanding of the self-tight tube strength theory.
