摘　　要：海洋观测监测档案作为海洋档案资源的重要内容,具备科技工具价值、查考利用和保存价值、知识传承和史料价值等,为海洋科学研究和海洋资源的开发与利用提供支持。论文介绍了海洋科技发展进程中海洋观测监测档案资源面临的需求导向,总结了海洋观测监测档案的主要特征,分析了当前海洋观测监测档案资源管理存在的主要问题,围绕提升海洋观测监测档案资源知识服务效用的目标,从服务科技发展、统一档案标准、创新管理模式等方面提出对策建议。As an important part of marine archi⁃val resources,archives on oceanographic observa⁃tion and monitoring have the great values of scien⁃tific and technological tools,utilization and preserva⁃tion,knowledge inheritance and historical research.They provide support for marine scientific research and the development and utilization of marine re⁃sources.This paper introduces the demand orienta⁃tion of archives on oceanographic observation and monitoring in the process of marine science and technology development,and summarizes the main characteristics of archives on oceanographic obser⁃vation and monitoring,then analyzes the main prob⁃lems in the management of these types of archival resources.Focusing on the goal of improving the ef⁃fectiveness of knowledge service of archives on oceanographic observation and monitoring,strate⁃gies and suggestions are put forward from the as⁃pects of facilitating technology development,unifying archives standard and innovating management mode.
