摘　　要：论文在系统介绍《国有企业资产与产权变动档案处置办法》的主要内容的基础上,进一步说明了该标准的主要特点、理论意义和实践价值,并对该部门规章在个别行文表述和某些规定的细化等方面存在的不足,提出了修改和完善的建议。Based on the systematic introduction of the main content of the"State-owned Enterprise As⁃sets and Property Rights Change File Disposal Meth⁃od",this paper further explains the main characteris⁃tics,theoretical significance and practical value of the standard,and puts forward some suggestions for mod⁃ification and improvement of the deficiencies in the ex⁃pression of individual articles and the refinement of some provisions of this regulation.
