摘 要:【目的】为掌握哈密市2021年牛羊布病的流行情况,分析其检疫净化效果,为哈密市牛羊布病的防控工作提供参考。【方法】本研究应用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)方法,对2021年哈密市1439679份未免疫羊血清样品进行布病感染抗体全面监测,并根据三间分布数据进行统计学分析。【结果】2021年哈密市牛羊布病群体阳性率为3.99%,牛羊布病个体阳性率为(0.39%),其中羊的布病群体阳性率(5.66%)和个体阳性率(0.40%)分别显著高于牛的布病群体阳性率(2.05%)和个体阳性率(0.35%),(P<0.05)。春夏两季牛羊布病个体阳性率(0.42%)极显著高于秋冬两季(0.34%),(P<0.0001);伊州区牛羊布病群体阳性率较高(5.45%),与巴里坤县羊(2.44%)和伊吾县羊(2.79%)布病群体阳性率差异极显著(P<0.0001)。【结论】哈密市伊州区和伊吾县羊的布病阳性率相对较高,存在一定传播风险,这可能与伊州区养殖模式、交易方式、交易频次等因素密切相关,需继续加强布病检疫净化工作,强化调运环节的监管和检疫力度,最大程度地降低哈密市布病疫情的传播风险。【Objective】In order to master the epidemic situation of cattle and sheep brucellosis in Hami city in 2021, analyze its quarantine and purification effect, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of brucellosis.【Methods】In this study,rose bengal plate test(RBPT) and test tube agglutination test(SAT) were used to comprehensively monitor antibodies against Brucella in 1 439 679 serum samples of non-immunized sheep in Hami in 2021, and the data were statistically analyzed according to the three distributions.【Results】The results showed that the population positive rate of brucellosis was 3.99% and the individual positive rate was(0.39%). The population positive rate(5.66%) and individual positive rate(0.40%) of brucellosis in sheep were significantly higher than those in cattle(2.05% and 0.35%), respectively(P<0.05). The individual positive rate of brucellosis in cattle and sheep in spring and summer(0.42%) was extremely significantly higher than that in autumn and winter(0.34%)(P<0.05). The positive rate in Yizhou district was highest(5.45%), which was extremely significantly different from that in Barkol county(2.44%) and Yiwu county(2.79%)(P<0.000 1).【Conclusion】The results showed that the positive rate of brucellosis in sheep in Yizhou district and Yiwu county of Hami city was relatively high, and there was a certain risk of transmission, which may be closely related to the breeding mode, trading mode and trading frequency in Yizhou. It was necessary to continue to strengthen the quarantine and purification of brucellosis, strengthen the supervision and quarantine of transportation links, so as to minimize the risk of transmission of brucellosis in Hami city.
