吴鞠通温病养阴学术思想探析

摘　　要：养阴思想是吴鞠通主要的学术思想之一,时时顾护阴液的养阴观贯穿吴氏温病治疗始终,对后世影响深远。本文通过梳理吴鞠通温病专著《温病条辨》,从温病的初期、中期、后期与恢复期不同病程阶段总结吴氏特色养阴治法,归纳其方药应用规律与瘥后调养之法,明确温病治疗中养阴的重要性,对现今以阴伤为主要特点的临床各科疾病的诊治具有指导意义和临床价值。The theory of nourishing yin is one of the most important academic ideas of Wu Jutong,and the concept of nourishing yin by taking care of yin fluids at all times runs through his treatment of warm diseases and has a profound impact on later generations.Through sorting out Wu Jutong's monograph Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,this paper summarizes his characteristic treatment of nourishing yin in their early,middle,late and recovery stages,generalizing the laws of his prescriptions and medications,the methods for recuperation after treatment,and clarifying the importance of nourishing yin in the treatment of warm diseases.It is expected that the study may be of signifi cance for guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of various diseases characterized by yin injuries.
