摘　　要：阙华发教授强调脾虚生痰、五脏失调为淋巴结反应性增生发病之本,而局部淋巴结肿大是痰浊为患、疾病之标的具体体现。在治疗过程中,应以健脾益气、化痰祛瘀贯穿始终,同时注意和调五脏,辨证施治;亦根据患处局部辨证,运用药膏外敷,发挥顾氏外科内外结合的治疗特色,并附上验案1则。The purpose of this study is to introduce Professor Que Huafa's clinical experience in the treatment of lymphadenitis.He stresses that its pathogenesis is characterized by the root causes of the phlegm generation due to spleen deficiency and the disorder of the five organs,while local lymph node tumefactions are its specific manifestations of phlegm turbidity.In terms of its treatment,the methods of invigorating the spleen and benefi ting qi,dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis should run throughout the whole course,paying attention to coordinating the fi ve internal organs and administering a treatment based on syndrome differentiation.At the same time,an ointment therapy can be applied to the local affected area on the basis of a syndrome differentiation.A case is attached in the paper for its verification.
