摘　　要：目的观察口服膝痹康汤剂联合依托考昔片治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者的临床效果。方法选择72例湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组,各36例。对照组口服依托考昔片进行治疗,治疗组给予口服膝痹康汤剂联合依托考昔片进行治疗。3周后对比2组治疗前后膝关节疼痛程度(VAS评分)、膝关节功能(WOMAC评分、膝关节Lequesne指数评分)和临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组有效率(91.67%,33/36)优于对照组(80.56%,29/36)(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各评分均较治疗前减少,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服膝痹康汤剂联合依托考昔片可以明显减轻湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xibikang Decoction combined with etoricoxib tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with the damp-heat blockage syndrome.Methods A total of 72 patients meeting the study criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral etoricoxib tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Xibikang Decoction combined with etoricoxib tablets.After a course of treatment(3 weeks),the degree of knee pain(VAS score),knee function(WOMAC score,Lequesne index score)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group(91.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.56%)(P<0.05).The relavent scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xibikang Decoction combined with etocoxib tablets can signifi cantly reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of knee osteoarthritis patients with the damp-heat blockage syndrome.
