摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为杜仲:功效主要为补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎。症靶为腰痛、胎动不安。标靶为高血压。现代药理发现杜仲及其有效成分具有降血压、预防骨质疏松、拮抗子宫收缩、抗炎、保护神经等作用。本品无毒,但阴虚火旺者慎用。临床使用剂量为3~60 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索杜仲用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that eucommia bark has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly to benefit the liver and kidney,strengthen the muscles and bones,and to prevent miscarriages.Its symptom targets are low back pains and threatened abortions,while its biochemical indicator target is high blood pressure.Modern pharmacology finds that eucommia bark and its effective components can play the roles of lowering blood pressure,preventing osteoporosis,antagonizing uterine contraction,anti-inflammation,and protecting nerves,etc.With non-toxic effects,it should also be taken with caution for those with the syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Its clinical dosage range is 3-60 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the construction of the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom targets or test index targets should be actively explored.
