摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为连翘:功效主要为清热解毒,消肿散结,疏散风热。症靶为乳痈、痤疮、咽痛、牙龈肿痛。标靶为高白细胞、上呼吸道病毒感染。现代药理发现连翘及其有效成分具有抗炎、保肝、抗菌、抗病毒、解热等作用。本品无毒,但是脾胃虚寒及气虚疮疡脓清者不宜服用。临床使用剂量为6~30 g,根据疾病、证型、症状不同,连翘的用量与配伍亦不同。Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that weeping forsythia capsule has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly to clear heat and remove toxicity,resolve swellings and hard masses,dissipate wind-heat.Its symptom targets are acute mastitis,acne,sore throat,swelling and aching of gums,while its biochemical indicator targets are hyperleukocyte and upper respiratory tract viral infections.Modern pharmacology finds that weeping forsythia capsule and its effective components have the anti-inflammatory,hepatoprotective,antibacterial,antiviral,and antipyretic effects.With non-toxic effects,it is also not suitable for those with deficient cold of spleen and stomach,purulent sores and ulcers due to qi deficiency.Its clinical dosage range is 6-30 g,and its dosage and compatibility vary according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.
