摘　　要：心脏骤停是临床上常见的危重疾病,心肺复苏是救治心脏骤停的重要措施。临床上经心肺复苏后自主循环恢复的患者仍有较高的病死率,复苏后期患者病死的主要原因是大脑缺血、缺氧和再灌注损伤。有效提高脑复苏的成功率、降低中枢神经损伤,是增加心肺复苏后存活率的关键。参附注射液由古方参附汤改制而来,具有回阳救逆、益气固脱,在2018年的专家共识中被推荐用于多种急重症的救治。参附注射液机制复杂,至今仍值得进一步研究。现将近年来参附注射液在复苏后脑保护作用的进展进行综述,以期为进一步研究心肺复苏后脑保护作用提供参考。Cardiac arrest is a common critical disease in clinic,and cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an important measure to treat it.However,clinically,patients who have recovered their spontaneous circulation after cardiopulmonary resuscitation still risk a high mortality rate,for which the main causes in the late resuscitation period are cerebral ischemia,hypoxia and reperfusion injury.How to effectively improve the success rate of cerebral resuscitation and reduce the central nervous injury is the key to increasing the survival rate after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Shenfu Injection is reformed from the ancient prescription Shenfu Decoction,which has the effects of restoring yang and rescuing patients from collapses,invigorating qi for relieving a desertion.It was recommended for the treatment of a variety of acute and severe diseases in 2018 by experts.However,its complex mechanism still deserves further research.This paper reviews the progress of Shenfu Injection in cerebral protection after resuscitation in recent years,so as to provide a reference for its further study on cerebral protection after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
