摘 要:延胡索具有活血化瘀、利气止痛等功效,是中医常用于治疗痛经的药物。然而,由于延胡索化学背景较为复杂,成分研究与药理活性结果沟通较少,导致其治疗痛经作用的物质基础和分子机制不明。本文通过文献信息学技术获取延胡索中的天然产物组成,并借助中药系统药理学分析平台等数据库归纳其与痛经相关的潜在功效物质和药物-疾病互作靶点,通过文献数据和分子模拟对接技术进一步聚焦和确证延胡索治疗痛经的主要活性成分及其对应的分子信号网络。最终将结果进行可视化呈现,为其他研究者提供客观、详细、可靠的文献调研数据,以便于相关分子机制研究的顺利开展。Yanhusuo is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat dysmenorrhea as it can act to promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis,to regulate qi-flowing for relieving pains.However,the material basis and molecular mechanisms of its therapeutic effects on dysmenorrhea are still unclear due to its complex chemical background and the lack of interaction between its chemical analysis and pharmacological results.Therefore,in this paper the composition of natural products in yanhusuo is obtained through document informatics,and its potential active substances and drug-disease interaction biomarkers related to dysmenorrhea are screened with database such as TCMSP.The main active components and the corresponding molecular signaling networks of yanhusuo in the treatment of dysmenorrhea are further confi rmed through literature data and molecular docking.Finally,the results are visualized to provide an objective,detailed and reliable reference to facilitate further studies on its relevant molecular mechanisms.
