摘　　要：目的:分析发生不良反应的化妆品存在的问题特点,为监管部门提高监管效能提供参考。方法:收集36批次发生不良反应的化妆品样品,对产品信息合规性进行检查,根据化妆品类型,对特殊化妆品中染发剂、普通化妆品非法添加成分及香精香料进行检测。结果与结论:通过对检测结果分析,化妆品不良反应的发生与产品质量存在一定的关联性。建议监管部门积极组织标准研究,完善法定检测标准体系,加强标签标识监管,组织行业相关机构开展科普宣传,提升公众认知。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of cosmetics samples with adverse reactions,and to provide reference for regulatory authorities to improve supervision efficiency.Methods:This paper collected 36 batches of cosmetics samples with adverse reactions to check the compliance of product information.According to the type of cosmetics,hair dye in special cosmetics,illegal addition and fragrances in ordinary cosmetics were tested.Results&Conclusion:Through the analysis of the test results,there is a certain correlation between the occurrence of adverse reactions of cosmetics and the quality of products.It is suggested that the regulatory authorities should actively organize standard research,improve the legal testing standard system,strengthen supervision of labels,and organize relevant institutions in the industry to carry out popular science publicity to enhance public cognition.
