摘　　要：推进中国式现代化、实现人与自然和谐共生需要通过持续推进绿色发展来实现。本期笔谈以“推进中国式绿色现代化”为主题,从新发展理念格局下的智力支持、法治保障和教育普及三个维度,阐释了在新发展阶段推动生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化的理念和路径。当前,我国生态环境保护的法律体系已基本形成,下一步必须重点完善生态环境保护法律体系、落实生态环境保护领域的行政执法和监管、健全生态环境损害司法救济、建设绿色化法治社会。高校智库学科齐全、人才密集、对外交流广泛,在开展创新性生态文明政策研究、供给科学化生态文明决策咨询、培养新时代生态文明建设人才、拓展生态文明建设领域交流合作方面具有先天优势,将为推进生态文明建设、完善生态环境治理作出科教贡献。高校生态文明教育是新时代生态文明建设的组成部分。要通过塑造正确价值观、培育文化氛围、汇聚教育多元合力,增强大学生生态文明素养,丰富生态文明教育实践,构建生态文明教育新格局。Promoting Chinese modernization and realizing the harmonious coexistence between man and nature can be achieved by continuously promoting green development.With the theme of"promoting Chinese-style green modernization,"this paper explains the concept and path of promoting the modernization of ecological environment governance system and governance capacity in the new development stage from the three dimensions of intellectual support,legal protection and education popularization under the new development concept pattern.At present,China's legal system on ecological environment protection has been basically established.For the next step,we must focus on improving the legal system on ecological environment protection,implementing administrative law enforcement and supervision in the field of ecological environment protection,improving the judicial relief on damage of ecological environment,and building a green legal society.University think tanks have all types of disciplines,rich talent pools and extensive external exchanges.They are endowed with advantages in carrying out innovative policy research on ecological civilization,providing scientific consultation on decisionmaking of ecological civilization decision-making,cultivating talent for construction of ecological civilization in the new era,and expanding exchanges and cooperation in construction of ecological civilization.They are expected to make scientific and educational contributions to promoting construction of ecological civilization and improving ecological environment.Education on ecological civilization in colleges and universities is an integral part for construction of ecological civilization in the new era.By building and disseminating the core socialist values,cultivating the cultural atmosphere,and gathering the multiple forces of education,university students’understanding on ecological civilization will be deepened,practice of education on ecological civilization education will be enriched,and a new pattern of education on ecological civiliz
