摘  要:在国家电网电力施工过程中,传统人工搭建脚手架的施工方案已经不能满足现场需求。设计的电力智能跨越装置由液压缸驱动剪式机构顶升,升至指定高度后使用跨越机构完成封网。整个过程是由可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable logic Controller,PLC)、触摸屏、数传电台及传感器组成的测控单元控制。整个装置具有拆卸安装简单、便捷运输以及自动化程度高的优点,极大提高了电力施工的效率和安全性。In the construction process of State Grid electric power, the traditional construction scheme of artificial scaffolding has been unable to meet the needs of the site. The design of the electric intelligent crossing device by hydraulic cylinder driven shear mechanism jacking, to the specified height after the crossing mechanism to complete the closure of the net. The whole process is controlled by the measurement and control unit composed of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), touch screen,digital transmission radio and sensor. The whole device has the advantages of simple disassembly and installation, convenient transportation and high degree of automation, which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of electric power construction.
