摘　　要：烟片加料机是制丝线中的重要设备,功能是给烟片均匀施加香糖料,改善烟片的感官质量和物理性能。围绕烟片加料机设备进行研究,突破传统滚筒式加料机的限制,设计一种隧道式烟片加料机,通过远红外加热模块和雾化加料模块,实现烟片受热均匀和香料液施加充分的目的,从而提高了烟片加料工序出口水分和出口温度的稳定性。Flavor application equipment is an important equipment in cut tobacco production line. Its function is to evenly apply flavor to tobacco leaves and improve the sensory quality and physical properties of tobacco leaves. This paper studies the spice application equipment, breaks through the limitations of the roller type spice application equipment, and designs a tunnel type spice application equipment. Through the far-infrared heating module and the spice atomization application module, the tobacco can be heated evenly and the spice liquid can be applied fully, so as to improve the stability of the outlet moisture and outlet temperature of the tobacco flavor application process.
