摘  要:将锌冶炼厂的锌电解车间的整流变压器的冷却方式改为“油-水”循环方式,可提高产能。在水循环换热的过程中,由于水中含有Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)等,加之敞开式的冷却塔形式,循环水存在蒸发和风吹等现象,使得Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)等离子浓度增大。当增大的离子浓度超过其溶解度时,容易析出形成水垢。文章对冷却水循环系统进行改造设计,在循环系统加入旁路软化系统,首先利用Ca(OH)_(2)与Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)等离子发生化学反应生成CaCO_(3)和Mg(OH)_(2),其次利用Na_(2)CO_(3)与永硬度和负硬度盐发生反应生成CaCO_(3)和Mg CO_(3)等难溶于水的化合物,再次经过析出、沉淀和过滤去除Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+),最后用活性炭吸附进一步净化,滤除微小悬浮颗粒。旁路软化系统的加入,使循环水充分软化和洁净,减少了水垢的形成,提高了热交换效率,延长了设备的使用寿命。After improving the capacity of electrolytic workshop of zinc smelter,the cooling mode of rectifier is changed to“oilwater”circulation mode.In the process of water circulation heat transfer,due to the water contains Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+),coupled with the open cooling tower form,circulating water and due to evaporation and wind blowing and other reasons,so that Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)plasma concentration increases,when the increase of ion concentration exceeds its solubility,it is easy to precipitate to form scale.Based on this problem,the cooling water circulation system was modified and designed in this paper.A bypass softening system was added to the circulation system,and CaCO_(3)and Mg(OH)_(2)were generated by chemical reaction of lime Ca(OH)_(2)with Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)plasma.Then Na_(2)CO_(3)reacts with permanent hardness and negative hardness salt to produce Ca CO_(3)and Mg CO_(3)and other water-soluble compounds.After precipitation,precipitation and filtration,Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)can be removed,and then activated carbon adsorption principle is further purified to filter out tiny suspended particles.The addition of the bypass softening system makes the circulating water fully softened and clean,reduces the formation of scale,improves the heat exchange efficiency and prolonging the service life of the equipment.
