摘 要:功能梯度材料(Functionally Graded Materials,FGM)在生物医学、柔性电子、软体机器人和航空航天等领域有着广泛应用。但是,目前3D打印装置大多处于试验阶段,存在生产稳定性低、无法连续生产以及抽真空时密封性差等问题。针对存在的问题,设计一种基于多材料主动混合的3D打印喷头,利用阀针控制和骨架油封,解决了聚二甲基硅氧烷(Polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)/碳化硅(Silicon Carbide,SiC)功能梯度材料无法连续性制备的难题,为功能梯度材料的广泛应用提供了一种新的解决方案。经验证,此方案制造聚合物功能梯度材料具有可行性,对后续研究具有重要的指导意义。Functionally Graded Materials(FGM) are widely used in biomedicine, flexible electronics, soft-bodied robots,aerospace and other fields. However, most of the existing 3D printing devices are in the experimental stage, there are problems such as low production stability, uncontinuous production and poor sealing during vacuum. Design a 3D printing nozzle based on active mixing of multiple materials, which uses skeleton oil seal and valve needle control to solve the problem of continuous preparation of Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)/Silicon Carbide(SiC) functionally graded materials, and provides a new solution for the wide application of functionally graded materials. After verification, this scheme is feasible to produce polymer functionally graded materials, which has important guiding significance for further research.
