摘　　要：针对月饼生产流程不透明、用户参与度低等问题,设计了一种基于虚拟现实的月饼生产全流程数字化仿真系统,将现代工业化流水线生产与月饼制作工艺相结合,构建仿真系统的4层架构体系。基于Unity3D引擎、SolidWorks软件和3ds Max建模软件,建立月饼生产仿真系统。基于模块化的设计思想,针对系统功能的多样性,细化处理生产系统各模块。基于用户体验理论,对系统进行交互设计。经测试,建立的月饼生产仿真系统能真实再现现代工业生产方式下月饼制作的全流程。Aiming at the problems of opaque production process and low user participation in the production process of moon cake, a digital simulation system of the whole production process of moon cake based on virtual reality is designed. Combining modern industrial assembly line production with moon cake making technology, a four-tier architecture of the simulation system is constructed. Based on Unity3D engine, SolidWorks and 3ds Max modeling software, a moon cake production simulation system is established. Based on the modular design idea, the modules of the production system are refined according to the diversification of system functions. Based on the user experience theory, the interaction design of the system is carried out. Through the test, the established moon cake production simulation system can truly reproduce the whole process of moon cake production under the modern industrial production mode.
