游离粒子摩擦辅助电铸工艺优化与仿真分析

摘  要:针对游离粒子摩擦辅助电铸工艺存在的垂直空间上摩擦力分布均匀性较差的问题,提出游离粒子垂直向下加压的改进方法。以阴极旋转式镍电铸为例,利用理论推导出压力与摩擦力分布均匀性方程。采用离散元软件Rocky DEM建立压力板游离粒子颗粒模型,并对电铸过程进行仿真。结果表明,对游离粒子加压后,游离粒子与阴极表面的摩擦力在垂直空间上呈上升趋势,两端压力趋于平均,仿真结果与理论模型预测一致。In order to solve the problem of poor uniformity of friction force distribution in vertical space in the free particle friction-assisted electroforming process, an improved method of free particle vertical downward pressure was proposed. Taking cathode rotary nickel electroforming as an example, the equation of the distribution uniformity of pressure and friction force is derived by using the theory. Discrete element software Rocky DEM was used to establish the free particle model of pressure plate,and the electroforming process was simulated. The results show that the friction between the free particles and the cathode surface increases in the vertical space, and the pressure at both ends tends to be average. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical model prediction.
