摘  要:针对电子时间引信特征参数进行批量化测试时传统的人工测试方法效率低且精度差的问题,提出了多通道并行异步测试的电子时间引信自动化测试系统。为完成波形数据采集、引信供电以及流程控制等任务,硬件部分采用ART PCI565X系列数字采集板卡、PCI235X系列光隔离输入/输出(Input/Output,I/O)卡、4NICXTC109程控电源以及STM32F103VE单片机。软件部分选择LabVIEW开发平台,实现测试界面显示、参数计算以及数据存储等功能。经试验评估,测试参数指标均满足要求。该测试系统表现出较高的稳定性和可靠性,在批量产品参数测试中具有较好的应用价值及前景。When the characteristic parameters of electronic time fuze are tested in mass, the efficiency and accuracy of traditional manual testing methods are low. To solve this problem, an automatic testing system of electronic time fuze based on multi-channel parallel asynchronous testing is proposed. In order to complete waveform data acquisition, fuze power supply and process control and other tasks, the hardware part uses ART PCI565X series digital acquisition board card, PCI235X series optical isolation Input/Output(I/O) card, 4NIC-XTC109 program control power supply and STM32F103VE single chip microcomputer.In the software part, LabVIEW development platform is selected to realize the functions of test interface display, parameter calculation and data storage. After the test evaluation, the test parameters all meet the requirements. The test system shows high stability and reliability, and has good application value and prospect in the batch product parameter test.
