摘 要:阐述FL-10风洞单支杆支撑装置的结构形式,根据传动结构形式建立数学计算公式,结合数模测量运动部件的转动惯量,确定电机、丝杠等参数。基于Workbench有限元分析软件,对单支杆支撑装置的结构刚强度进行有限元分析。结果表明,设计的单支杆支撑装置的结构强度和刚度满足风洞的实验要求,说明该结构设计形式可靠。This paper describes the structure form of FL-10 wind tunnel single support rod support device, according to the transmission structure form to establish the mathematical calculation formula, combined with the digital model to measure the moment of inertia of moving parts, determine the motor, lead screw and other parameters. Meanwhile, based on Workbench finite element analysis software, finite element analysis is carried out on the structural stiffness strength of the single support rod. The calculation results show that the structural strength and stiffness of the designed single strut support device meet the experimental requirements of the wind tunnel, indicating that the structure design form is reliable.
