摘 要:化石能源危机及其带来的环境问题促进了替代能源的发展。生物质能源储量巨大,是重要的可再生清洁能源。基于热力学平衡原理,建立等离子体氛围下生物质固定床的气化模型。采用银合欢木作为生物质原料,以空气为气化剂,研究不同热解温度和不同气化剂温度下生物质的气化效率。以空气为气化剂时,热解温度会升高,CO的体积分数增加,而CO_(2)和其他气体的体积分数不断降低。生物质等离子体空气气化制备的最佳热解条件是对映体比率(Enantiomeric Ratio,ER)为0.3,热解温度为1 000℃,气化剂温度为700℃。此条件能提高生物质的气化效率,且所得合成气的成分较为理想。The fossil energy crisis and its environmental problems have promoted the development of alternative energy, among which biomass energy is an important renewable and clean energy with huge reserves. Based on the principle of thermodynamic equilibrium, the gasification model of biomass fixed bed under plasma atmosphere was established. Leucaena wood was used as biomass raw material and air was used as gasification agent. The gasification efficiency of biomass under different pyrolysis temperatures and different gasification agent temperatures was studied. When air is used as gasification agent, the pyrolysis temperature increases and the volume fraction of CO increases, while the volume fraction of CO_(2)and other gases decreases continuously. When equivalent ratio is greater than 0.30, molar flow rate of each syngas decreases sharply. The optimum pyrolysis conditions for biomass plasma air gasification are Enantiomeric Ratio(ER) is 0.3, pyrolysis temperature is 1 000 ℃, and gasification agent temperature is 700 ℃. This condition can improve the efficiency of biomass gasification, and the composition of syngas obtained is also ideal.
