制舞鞋涂胶设备设计及关键工位研究

摘　　要：鞋类是常见的民生商品,特别是特殊行业对鞋类产品的要求较高。文章从舞鞋制作的角度出发,分析制作舞鞋的自动化涂胶设备的设计方案,明确具体的设计对象并开展实验。通过建立功能原理模型,分析具体的设备运行原理,提供自动涂胶设备的整体结构设计方案和运动控制方案。此设计可以代替传统的人工操作,提高了舞鞋制作的精细化程度和自动化程度。Footwear is a common commodity for people’s livelihood,and special industries have higher requirements for footwear products.From the point of view of dancing shoes production,this paper analyzes the design scheme of the automatic gluing equipment for dancing shoes,defines the concrete design objects and carries out experiments.By establishing the function principle model and analyzing the operation principle of the equipment,the whole structure design scheme and the motion control scheme of the automatic gluing equipment are provided.This design can replace the traditional manual operation,improve the precision of dancing shoes and the degree of automation.
