摘  要:图像尺寸测量是一种非接触式测量技术,具有测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、效率高及应用范围广等优点。随着工件精度要求的不断提高,图像尺寸测量技术成为研究热点。文章简述图像尺寸测量技术的系统构成,指出图像尺寸测量技术的优势,分析国内外图像尺寸测量技术的研究现状,并展望了图像尺寸测量技术的发展前景与方向。Image size measurement is a non-contact measurement technology, which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, high efficiency and wide application range. With the continuous improvement of workpiece accuracy requirements, image size measurement technology has become a research hotspot. Firstly, the system composition of image size measurement technology is briefly described, the advantages of image size measurement technology are pointed out, the research status of image size measurement technology at home and abroad is analyzed,and looks forward to the development prospect and direction of image size measurement technology.
