摘  要:淬硬模具钢的材料特殊,加工难度大,经现代化技术与设备的规范操作,扩大了其应用范畴。与传统磨削加工、高速加工相比,超声加工有较强的优越性。分析超声辅助铣削加工过程中硬脆材料加工难的问题,从材料表面粗糙度影响因素方面入手,控制主轴转速、切削深度、每齿进给量以及步距及振动振幅等,以保证加工质量,并合理选择作业方法,保证材料加工成效。The material of hardened die steel is special and difficult to process. The standardized operation of modern technology and equipment has expanded the application scope of hardened die steel materials. Compared with traditional grinding and high-speed machining, ultrasonic machining has strong advantages. This paper analyzes the difficulty in machining hard and brittle materials in the process of ultrasonic assisted milling. Starting from the factors affecting the surface roughness of materials, it is important to control the spindle speed, cutting depth, feed rate per tooth, step distance and vibration amplitude to ensure the processing quality. The reasonable selection of operation methods to ensure the material processing.
