摘  要:以ZJ80/5850DB钻机井架为研究对象,基于弹性稳定理论和有限元方法,对井架整体结构稳定性进行理论计算和有限元仿真分析,再将理论计算和有限元仿真结果进行比较,发现此类型井架临界载荷远大于最大钩载,在实际工作中不会出现失稳问题,可为同类型井架的稳定性分析提供一定的借鉴。Taking ZJ80/5850DB drilling derrick as the research object, based on elastic stability theory and finite element method, theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis of the overall structural stability of the derrick were carried out. By comparing the results of theoretical calculation and finite element simulation, it is concluded that the critical load of this type of derrick is much larger than the maximum hook load, and the instability problem will not occur in the actual work, which provides a certain reference for the stability analysis of the same type of derrick.
