摘　　要：结合2021年全国船舶检修检测服务机构督察活动结果,介绍了我国船舶检修检测服务现状及存在的问题,梳理了国际公约和国内技术法规对船舶检修检测服务的要求,对海事管理机构未来对这些机构的认可和监管,提出了针对性建议。Based on the results of the national inspection of ship service and test agencies in 2021,this paper introduces the existing conditions and problems of ship test and service in China,reviews the requirements of international conventions and domestic technical regulations on ship test and service,and puts forward suggestions on the recognition and supervision of these agencies by the maritime administrative authority in the future.
