摘 要:利用2009-2020年中国A股上市公司供应链数据,刻画了企业供应关系网络,并从交易关系的扩展边际视角考察了供应链网络结构的创新效应。研究发现:与参与供应链相比,嵌入供应链网络结构能显著提升企业创新水平,这主要通过企业间垂直结构和水平结构的信息技术溢出以及企业嵌入供应网络产生的社会监控效应而实现的。异质性分析表明,对于二阶间接关联网络结构、知识密集度越高的企业、依赖关系越紧密的交易方,企业嵌入供应网络的创新效应更明显。进一步研究发现,位于网络核心地位的企业更有可能利用网络优势来获取与识别信息资源,因此企业网络地位越高,供应链网络结构的创新效应越强。Based on the supply chain data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2020,the supply relationship network of enterprises is depicted.From the perspective of extensive margin of transaction relationship,the innovation effect of supply chain network structure is investigated.The study finds that compared with the participation of supply chain,embedded supply chain network structure can promote enterprise innovation more significantly,and this effect is mainly achieved through the information technology spillover of the vertical structure and horizontal structure between enterprises and the social monitoring effect generated by the embedding of enterprises in the supply network.Heterogeneity analysis shows that for second-order indirect association network structure,enterprises with higher knowledge intensity,and transaction party with closer interdependent relationships,the innovation effect of enterprises with embedded supply network is more significant.Further studies show that enterprises at the core of the network are more likely to take advantage of the network to obtain and identify information resources.Therefore,the innovation effect of the supply chain network is more significant for enterprises with higher network positions.
