摘  要:为了探明两种植物源杀虫剂印楝素和茶皂素对甘薯小象甲室内防效,挖掘其防治甘薯小象甲的潜力,测定了两种植物源杀虫剂对甘薯小象甲的忌避和拒食效果。结果表明,两种试验药剂浓度越大对甘薯小象甲的忌避和拒食具有更好防效,茶皂素浓度10%、20%在48 h忌避率逐渐上升到100%;浓度大于5%时,甘薯小象甲出现了强烈的拒食行为,拒食率大于90%,且随着时间延长而增加。印楝素试验组在浓度600、120 mg/L时,印楝素对甘薯小象甲有较好的忌避作用,但是仅在浓度为600 mg/L时,表现出较好的拒食效果。In order to explore indoor control effect of two botanical insecticides,azadirachtin and tea saponin,on Cylas formicarius and tap their potential to control and prevent C.formicarius,repellence and feeding deterrence of the two botanical insecticides on C.formicarius were determined.The results showed that the higher the concentration of the two insecticides,the better the control effect on repellence and feeding deterrence of C.formicarius.Repellence rate gradually increased to 100% when tea saponin concentration was 10% or 20% in 48 h. When the concentration was above 5%, C. formicariusl deterred feeding severely, with a feeding deterrence rate above 90%, and the rate increased as time went on. At 600 mg/L and 120 mg/L, azadirachtin repelled C. formicarius well, but nice feeding deterrence was found only when the concentration was 600 mg/L.
