摘 要:以五指毛桃不同优良植株种子实生苗的无性化组培继代芽为材料,研究了基本培养基、不同基因型、不同激素、活性碳及光照强度条件对五指毛桃单芽生根影响,结果表明:不同基本培养基对单芽生根条数影响较大,ER基本培养基生根效果最佳;同一培养基生根条件下,基因型无性系WZ-2、WZ-6生根率分别为57.33%,68.00%,其它基因型无性系生根率均在97%以上,而不同基因型无性系间生根条数呈显著差异,其中WZ-8生根条数最多,达12.48条;通过极差分析得到激素及活性碳对生根影响大小依次为NAA>活性碳>IBA,激素和活性碳最佳组合生根培养基为MS+NAA 0.10 mg·L^(-1)+IBA0.10 mg·L^(-1)+活性碳0.40 g·L^(-1);不同光照强度对五指毛桃发根快慢和根粗影响明显,光照强度3000 lx生根效率最佳,比1000 lx发根时间早4~7天,且根较粗壮,在自然光照下,10~12 d开始发根,根条数达到13.63条,植株长势较好,从节约生产成本考虑,自然光照比光强3000 lx生根效果好。Taking tissue-cultured shoots of excellent Ficus hirta Vahl.seedlings as material,to study effects of basic culture medium,different genotypes and hormones,carbon powders and light intensity conditions on F.hirta rooting.The results showed that:different basic culture medium significantly influenced and ER medium was the best among all treatments;under the same medium condition,rooting rates of clones WZ-2 and WZ-6 were 57.33%and 68.00%,while those of the rest clones were above 97%,and rooting numbers were significant different among the clones with the highest found in WZ-8,12.48;range anal ysis showed that effects of hormones and activated carbon on rooting was as NAA>activated carbon>IBA with the best combination of MS+NAA 0.10 mg·L^(-1)+IBA 0.10 mg·L^(-1)+activated carbon 0.40g·L^(-1);light intensity obviously influenced rooting speed and root diameter of F.hirta Vahl.and under light intensity of 3000lx,F.hirta Vahl.rooted 4-7 days earlier than that under1000 lx,and the roots were stronger.Under natural light,F.hirta Vahl.rooted well in 10-12 days,and the root number reached 13.63.However,in order to save production cost,effects of natural light on rooting was better than that of light of 3000lx.
