摘　　要：目的 分析叙事护理对胃癌复发患者心理韧性与生存质量的影响效果。方法 选取郑州人民医院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的80例胃癌复发患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施叙事护理,1个月后比较两组患者的心理韧性评分(坚韧、乐观、自强、总分)、生存质量评分(生理、心理、社会关系、环境、总分)差异。结果 护理前两组患者的心理韧性评分、生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理1个月后两组心理韧性评分、生存质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在胃癌复发患者护理中,叙事护理有助于提升其心理韧性、改善生存质量,值得临床使用。Objective To analyze the effect of narrative nursing on psychological resilience and quality of life of patients with recurrent gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with recurrent gastric cancer admitted to Zhengzhou People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out narrative nursing.After one month,the differences in the scores of psychological resilience(tenacity,optimism,self-improvement,total score)and quality of life(physiology,psychology,social relations,environment,total score)between the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of psychological resilience and quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing for one month,the scores of psychological resilience and quality of life in both groups were higher than that before nursing,and the scores of observation group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with recurrent gastric cancer,narrative nursing is helpful to improve their psychological resilience and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical use.
