摘 要:目的 观察分层级管理模式在手术室人员培训中的应用。方法 研究对象选择2020年6月至2022年6月平顶山市第一人民医院的40例手术室工作人员,按照随机数字排列表法将其分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组人员进行常规管理模式培训,观察组则使用分层级管理模式进行培训,定期对两组手术室人员进行理论考核、实际操作、岗位胜任能力及综合能力评分,并对两组人员评分成绩进行比较。结果 观察组人员理论考核成绩与实际操作考核成绩均高于对照组人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前,两组手术室人员岗位胜任各项能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组评分较于培训前都有所升高,并且观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前,两组人员各项综合护理能力评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组各项评分较于培训前都有所提高,并且观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 针对手术室人员培训采取分层级管理模式,一方面有利于人员掌握理论知识,另一方面可以提高人员实际操作能力,有效提高手术室人员专业水平,加强岗位胜任能力及综合能力,在培训中具有使用价值。Objective To observe the application of hierarchical management modes in the training of operating room personnel.Methods The subjects selected 40 operating room personnel from June 2020 to June 2022 in Pingdingshan First People’s Hospital.According to the method of random number arrangement,they were divided into two groups:control group(N=20)and observation group(N=20).The control group was trained in the routine management mode,while the observation group was trained in the hierarchical management mode.The theoretical assessment,practical operation,post competence and comprehensive ability of the two groups of operating room personnel were scored regularly,and the scores of the two groups were assessed.Results The scores of theoretical examination and practical operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before training,there was no significant difference in the scores of post competence between the two groups(P>0.05);after training,the scores of the two groups were higher than those before training,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before training,there was no significant difference in comprehensive nursing ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after training,the scores of both groups were higher than those before training,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the hierarchical management mode for the training of operating room personnel,on the one hand,it can be helpful for personnel to master theoretical knowledge,on the other hand,it can improve the actual operation ability of personnel,effectively improve the professional level of operating room staff,and strengthen post competence and comprehensive ability.It is of great importance in the clinical training.
