摘　　要：目的探讨智能药物管理系统(IDMS)在医院急诊药房中的应用效果。方法通过设计智能管控柜、智能药架等硬件配置,开发药品货位电子标签、麻醉药品电子化管理等软件功能,基于IDMS建立新的工作流程。结果IDMS应用后,急诊药房药品实现了信息化管理,可实时统计、准确查询药品信息;调配处方时给予药师导引,可提高工作效率,减少调配差错,节省人力成本;也可缩短药品盘点时间,提高账物相符率;同时加强了高警示药品、麻醉药品的管理,提升了护士和急诊药房药师的满意度。结论IDMS应用于医院急诊药房,实现了急诊药品的全程监管,提升了药品管理水平,保障了患者的用药安全。Objective To investigate the application effect of intelligent drug management system(IDMS)in the emergency pharmacy of our hospital.Methods Through the design of hardware configurations such as intelligent management and controlcabinet and intelligent drug rack,the development of software functions such as electronic label of drug storage and electronicmanagement of narcotic drugs,a new workflow was established based on the IDMS.Results After the application of IDMS,theinformation management of drugs in the emergency pharmacy was realized,and the real-time statistics and accurate inquiry ofdrugs'information were available.Pharmacists were guided to dispense prescriptions,which could improve work efficiency,reducedispensing errors and save labor costs.The time of drug checking was shorten,and the consistency rate of accounts and materialswas improved.At the same time,the management of high-warning drugs and narcotic drugs was strengthened,and the satisfactionof nurses and pharmacists in emergency pharmacy was improved.Conclusion The application of IDMS in the emergency pharmacyof our hospital has realized the whole-process supervision of emergency drugs,improved the drug management level,and ensuredthe medication safety of patients.
