摘　　要：目的 分析中国癫痫药学服务的研究现状。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献、Web of Science数据库中有关中国癫痫药学服务的文献,检索时限为2000年1月至2020年12月,分别从发表年份、作者所在地区、发表期刊、基金支持、文献内容等方面进行统计与分析。结果 2000年至2020年,共发表癫痫药学服务相关中文文献249篇。发文量整体呈上升趋势,2020年发表最多(28篇);作者所在地区存在明显差异,排前4名的依次为北京市(34篇)、江苏省(20篇)、湖北省(20篇)、广东省(20篇),重庆市、青海省发文量较低(各1篇)。155篇(62.25%)文献发表于北大中文核心期刊及中国科技核心期刊,50篇(20.08%)文献有基金支持。文献内容主要涉及药学监护(86篇)、药师参与临床药物治疗(51篇)、治疗药物监测(30篇)、工作模式探讨(29篇)、药品不良反应研究(26篇),共占88.16%(222/249)。结论 有关中国癫痫药学服务的研究近年来有一定发展,但存在地区发展不均衡、基金投入较少等问题。Objective To analyze the current status of pharmaceutical care of epilepsy in China.Methods The studies related to pharmaceutical care of epilepsy in China from January 2000 to December 2020 in the CNKI,WanFang,VIP,Chinese BioMedical Literature Database,Web of Science and other databases were searched,the year of publication,the author's region,the journal of publication,the fund support and the study content were analyzed.Results From 2000 to 2020,249 Chinese studies related to pharmaceutical care of epilepsy were published.The quantity of publications was increasing generally,with the largest quantity of publications(28 studies)in 2020.The authors'regions were different obviously,the top one region with the largest quantity of publications was Beijing Municipality(34 studies),followed by Jiangsu Province(20 studies),Hubei Province(20 studies)and Guangdong Province(20 studies),and there was a small quantity of publications in Chongqing Municipality and Qinghai Province,with one study respectively.Precisely 155 studies(62.25%)were published in the Chinese core journal of Peking University and the key magazine of China technology,and 50 studies(20.08%)were supported by the scientific research fund.The content of the studies mainly involved pharmaceutical care(86 studies),pharmacists'participation in the clinical drug treatment(51 studies),therapeutic drug monitoring(30 studies),working mode discussion(29 studies)and adverse drug reaction research(26 studies),accounting for 88.16%(222/249)in total.Conclusion The research on the pharmaceutical care of epilepsy in China has made some progress in recent years,but there are problems such as unbalanced regional development and less fund investment.
