从中医医案视角浅谈中药饮片处方用药有效性点评

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药饮片处方有效性点评的难点与解决思路。方法 基于古今中医医案视角挖掘中药处方的思路,并应用于中药饮片处方用药有效性点评。结果 摒除学术流派思想干扰,了解医师处方用药的难点,建立适时回访机制是解决中药饮片处方用药有效性点评难点的新思路。结论 在中医药理论认知框架下,遵循辨证论治原则,为中药饮片处方点评提供新的方案,保障患者临床用药的有效性。Objective To investigate the difficulties and solutions in the comment on the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions.Methods Based on the ancient and modern medical records of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the thinkings of TCM prescriptions were explored and applied to the comment on the medication effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions.Results Eliminating the interference of academic schools'thinkings,understanding the difficulties of medication of physicians'prescriptions and establishing a timely return-visit mechanism were the new thinkings to solve the difficulties in comment on the medication effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions.Conclusion Based on the cognition of TCM theory,we should provide a new scheme for the comment of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions by following the principle of treatment based on the syndrome differentiation to ensure the effectiveness of patients'clinical medication.
