摘  要:目的比较不同年龄被试的失匹配负波(MMN)和P3a脑电成分,探讨脑老化对认知注意加工的影响。方法按照性别1∶2匹配,选择郑州市某社区认知功能正常的青年(青年组)和中老年被试(中老年组),采用听觉三刺激oddball范式记录被试脑电数据,比较两组被试脑电注意加工成分MMN和P3a的差异。结果两组MMN波幅及潜伏期均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。与青年组相比,中老年组P3a波幅明显减小(P<0.05),青年组波幅显著大于中老年组(P<0.05);且中老年组P3a潜伏期延长显著长于青年组(P<0.05)。结论随着年龄的增加,认知加工晚期的注意朝向加工出现损伤,最终导致认知功能逐渐下降。Objective To compare the mismatch negative(MMN)and P3a EEG components of different age subjects,and to explore the effect of aging on cognitive attention processing.Methods According to 1∶2 matching of gender,young subjects(young group)and middle and old age subjects(middle and old age group)with normal cognitive function in a community of Zhengzhou City were selected.The EEG data of the subjects were recorded by auditory oddball paradigm.The differences of the subject′s EEG attention processing components of MMN and P3a were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in MMN amplitude and latency between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the young group,the amplitude of P3a in the middle and old age group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the amplitude of P3a in the young group was significantly greater than that in the middle and old age group,and the latency of P3a in the middle and old age group was significantly longer than that in the young group(P<0.05).Conclusions With the increase of age,attentional orientation is impaired in late cognitive processing,eventually it leads to a gradual decline in cognitive function.
