摘　　要：心力衰竭是全球唯一呈增长趋势的心脏疾病,外科治疗是终末期心力衰竭患者的重要治疗手段。本文简述心力衰竭的流行病学与机制,重点介绍心脏移植、细胞治疗以及人工心脏辅助装置的现状、进展与展望。Heart failure(HF)is the only increasing cardiac disease all over the world.Surgical treatment is an important treatment for patients with end-stage HF.This article reviews the epidemiology and mechanism of HF,and focuses on the current status,progress and prospect of cardiac transplantation,cell therapy and artificial heart assist devices.
