摘　　要：原发性巨输尿管症是由膀胱输尿管交界处结构性或功能性障碍导致输尿管直径>7 mm的一类特发性疾病。目前对于原发性巨输尿管症的发病机制尚不明确,可能与输尿管肌层结构排列紊乱有关。多数的原发性巨输尿管症患儿可自行恢复正常,但对于肾功能损伤严重或合并感染的患儿,则需积极手术治疗,避免肾功能进一步恶化。本研究就原发性巨输尿管症的发病机制、诊断、治疗现状做一综述。Primary megaureter is an idiopathic disease with ureter diameter>7 mm due to structural or functional dysfunction of ureterovesical junction.Currently the underlying pathogenesis of primary megaureter has remained elusive.It is probably related to various disorders of ureter muscle structure.Most patients recover spontaneously.However,for those with severe renal function injury or complicated infection,active surgical intervention is required for averting further deterioration of renal function.This review summarized the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of primary megaureters.
