摘　　要：文章基于共生模型,利用2014~2021年RCEP成员国的政府种群、国内和国外金融机构种群以及科技创新产业种群的数据,测度了科技创新产业与金融产业的共生水平,并通过该共生水平计算的引力矩阵作为权重建立空间面板模型,分析了不同金融支持方式对成员国科技创新产业发展的空间溢出效应。结果表明:首先,RCEP协议签署后大部分成员国的共生水平增加,且非东盟与东盟国家之间共生水平的差距缩小;其次,成员国内部金融开放度、银行业和证券业金融支持均能促进科技创新产业的发展;最后,成员国之间政策性金融支持、银行业和证券业金融支持、人才投入和金融开放度都存在正向的空间溢出效应,而在RCEP协议签署后随着成员国共生水平的增加,政策性和银行业金融支持的空间溢出效应上升,且证券业金融支持与金融开放度的空间溢出效应依然正向显著但略有下降。文章认为,为推动中国科技创新产业发展,政府应加强与RCEP成员国的科技与金融合作,拓宽融资渠道,并鼓励企业对接国际先进标准,从而提高技术水平。Based on the symbiotic model,this paper measures the symbiotic level of scientific and technological innovation industry and financial industry by using the data of the government population,domestic and foreign financial institution population,and scientific and technological innovation industry population of RCEP member countries from2014to2021.And the gravity matrix calculated by the symbiotic level is used as a weight to establish a space panel model.The model analyzes the spatial spillover effects of different financial support models on the development of scientific and technological innovation industries in member countries.The results show that,firstly,the symbiotic level of most member countries has increased since the signing of the RCEP agreement,and the gap in symbiotic level between non-ASEAN and ASEAN countries has narrowed.Secondly,the financial openness,the financial support from the banking and securities industries in member countries can promote the development of scientific and technological innovation industries.Finally,the spatial spillover effect of the financial support from the government,banking and securities industries,as well as talent investment and financial openness among member countries are positive.Moreover,after the signing of the RCEP agreement,with the increase of the symbiotic level of member countries,the spatial spillover effect of the financial support from the government and banking industry has risen,and the spatial spillover effect of the financial support from the securities industry and financial openness has still been significantly positive but decreased slightly.The paper believes that in order to further promote the development of science and technology innovation industries in China,the government should strengthen technical and financial cooperation with RCEP member countries to broaden financing channels.At the same time,the government should encourage enterprises to improve their technical level in accordance with international technical standards.
