摘 要:采用响应曲面法优化硝酸法生产磷酸工艺,探讨硝酸浓度、液固质量比、反应温度对磷矿分解率的影响,对优化实验结果进行多项回归拟合分析,建立反映硝酸浓度、液固质量比、反应温度及三者之间交互作用对磷矿分解率影响的二次多项回归模型。结果表明,优化后的最佳工艺条件为反应时间1.5 h、硝酸w(HNO3)45%、液固质量比14、反应温度65℃,此条件下磷矿分解率的模型预测值与验证实验平均值的偏差很小,说明模型预测与优化的可信度高。Response surface methodology is used to optimize the process of producing phosphoric acid by nitric acid method. The effects of nitric acid concentration, mass ratio of liquid-solid and reaction temperature on the decomposition rate of phosphate rock are discussed. Multiple regression fitting analysis is carried out on the optimized experimental results, and a quadratic multinomial regression model is established to reflect the effects of nitric acid concentration, mass ratio of liquid-solid, reaction temperature and their interaction on the decomposition rate of phosphate rock. The results show that the optimized process conditions are as follows:Reaction time is 1.5 h, nitric acid concentration is 45%, mass ratio of liquid-solid is 14, and reaction temperature is 65 ℃. Under these conditions, the deviation between the model predicted value of phosphate rock decomposition rate and the average value of verification experiment is small, indicating that the model prediction and optimization are highly reliable.
